I always try to achieve the maximum out of every session but maintaining the condition of the hair is paramount, so keep in mind that if your hair is damaged then you may have to sacrifice length to be able to proceed with a lightening service.... Everyone's hair is different and lifts differently so results may vary. Patience is key.
