16.01.2022 8 glasses, 2 litres? The truth is that we all have a unique hydration need. It's largely determined by our size, muscle mass, but can also vary day-to-day depending on our diet, climate, workload and activity. Most importantly, you should drink water consistently throughout the day, everyday.
