29.01.2022 My journey of losing 25 kg - before and after photos - The best GIFT that I could give myself - I got my HEALTH back My story: During 2015-2016 I gained 20 kg - how? 5 doctors could not explain that to me.... how can I gain that much in less than a year and they cannot explain it to me, they all said that there is nothing wrong with me medically. Then I went to see an Integrative Health doctor focussing on optimal wellness.... I was diagnosed with Chronic stress, Sleep deprivation, Adrenal fatigue, Hormonal imbalances, Caffeine cravings, Disturbed concentration, Inflammation, Constant heartburn, I was Obese with 49% body fat, etc - The list was very long and this doctor knew exactly what to do. He took a lot of blood tests and explained to me what was wrong and how to fix it. I lost 15 kg during 2016-2017. I decided January 2020 to lose the extra 5+ kg. And now it is a total of -25kg, my skin improved, energy levels are high, health benefits and I feel younger than 10 years ago. I have so much of gratitude, but most of all I thank the Lord for this amazing second change in life, hence why I am dedicating my life to help people on their health journeys. Looking at the Fast facts globally on this topic is very scary and if everyone of us just do our part of saving water, we can make the WORLD A BETTER PLACE FOR ALL. Fast facts: Global water crisis... 785 million people lack access to clean water. That’s one in 10 people on the planet. Women and girls spend an estimated 200 million hours hauling water every day. The average woman in rural Africa walks 6 kilometers every day to haul 40 pounds of water. Every day, more than 800 children under 5 die from diarrhea caused by contaminated water, poor sanitation, and unsafe hygiene practices. 2 billion people live without access to adequate sanitation. 673 million people defecate in the open. One of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals aims to provide universal access to clean water and sanitation by 2030.
