18.01.2022 "Bringing a vision into life in 2021. I’m extremely excited to introduce a self-proven concept of rehabilitation, not only from drugs and alcohol but also from adrenal burn out, and overstimulation (work, gambling, sex, social media, etc). Providing a full mental and physical detoxification and long term living program bringing our guests back into a self-healing being, Hope in Health is launching in early 2021. Our aim is to reconnect our guests to themselves mentally, physi...cally, and spiritually by combining mindful practices, physical exercise, nourishing fresh organic foods, and submersion in nature. It’s not just fact, but also common sense, that our bodies have the ability to self-heal if we remove the modern day agitators that prevent its natural instinct to repair. Our ancestors surrounded themselves in nature, hunted and gathered fresh food, ate organically in season, and didn't experience modern physical health problems such as obesity and diabetes. They also didn’t experience many mental health problems such as anxiety and depression that we have today caused by overstimulation with work, sex, gambling, drugs, alcohol, technology, and more. Many of us have become disconnected as humans through modern social pressures - generally we are overworked, discontent, and over capitalised. Working in jobs we no longer enjoy. Taking a time out, submersed in one of the most travelled northern rivers destinations in NSW to reconnect, mentally and spiritually through mindful meditation, yoga, nature will assist our guests in re-evaluating their values, restoring or challenging their core beliefs, and identifying or prioritising their needs. Our wish and intention is to have all our guests leave our facility better people, parents, and work colleagues for having the experience, with the bonus of leaving feeling rejuvenated and refocused.
