16.01.2022 Do you use cards to help you move through the layers? I have to admit, I go through phases with my cards. Sure, I read them for other people but for me, I honestly don't read them for myself everyday.... Like everyone, I do question myself when I do a ready for myself so it is great to flip the cards around. When we receive intuitve messages from someone else, we tend to receive it with a more open heart and with a lot less resistance...funny that huh? 15.01.2022 2021 ~ the year to rise up and get fulfilled Last year taught us many lessons adaptability ... strength through adversity And most of all... patience We all faced many dark times and some inner demons may have arisen that we have suppressed for many lifetimes Last year was when I chose ME I CHOSE to celebrate my potential by completing my Orange Belt I CHOSE to allow myself to dream big by switching careers I CHOSE to truly see what I am capable of by taking the leap to back myself with no safety net Through all of that I have had amazing support from my amazing husband, my coaches @iamreneeclaire and @vikki.luke, my spiritual mentor and bad ass warrior @_aida.jasmine and my mastermind crew all of you know who you are So this year, I CHOOSE to have faith in my highest good feel strong both inside and out embrace my whole self (the good, the bad and the ugly) continue to gain more knowledge so that I can be more of service to others live large and be present wherever I am gain strength from my Divine ancestors This will be a year of strength, guidance and most of all HOPE I am so excited to share this journey with you all Anya xxx credit from the amazing Lisa @_soulgrit_photography

12.01.2022 I want to be all in, in the choices that I make each and everyday. I am a passionate person, but sometimes I can get a little too serious. I get caught up on the details of my passions and forget to feel the magic and the fun in the creativity of discovery. Honestly, I forget sometimes that living an aligned purpose includes that element of fun in the everyday moments.... I use my I AM FUN healing balm during those mornings when I feel just not quite right. You know those mornings when you feel like you are just going through the paces? The blend in this balm was intuitively channelled by me after a reading I had with Grace from @naked_seed_creations It was a reminder for me to remember to find the joy in every moment and to feel the flow in that aligned purpose. Not everyday is a joy but conciously we can make every moment count. 11.01.2022 Sometimes we clench our jaw and yet forget why we are doing it. Have you had those moments where you catch yourself thinking... Why is this not working how I had it in my head?... Why am I so serious? What am I actually doing? I'm just so tired! Yep. I hear you! Logical brain allows us to live in the present moment, but it doesn't take into account creative flow unless you conciously allow it in. Your life works better when there is a bit of left brain AND right rain going on. Your self talk of; I can't do ____ because ____ Or I am not good at ____ Or I am only capable of ____ THESE ARE THE THINGS THAT ARE STOPPING YOU. Not Nancy down the road Not Mary who has it all Not your parents for your childhood It is your self limitations of accepting your situation but staying inside the story because you don't know how to change it or you DON'T WANT TO. It's time to break the mindset. Logic is a great tool for survival. Your soul requires you to allow some FLOW back into your life to create ABUNDANCE, LOVE, PASSION, MONEY. 02.01.2022 I take the time to breathe in what's left in the bowl...the aromatic dressing bowl that is. Every morning I honour myself by aromatically dressing my entire body in essential oils. The process of this allows me to focus on loving me first. ... To help me remind myself of who I am and what I stand for. To really come back to my inner light. Before I give my energy out to others. Why? Because... It does not matter what has happenned in the past because I cannot change it. It does not matter what others think of me because I cannot control their fears. It does not matter what happens in my outside world. What matters is me. What I desire. How I feel. The process leaves me feeling aligned, enlightened and gives me clarity for the day ahead.
