This is Private Arthur Jollow who left his home at 47 Darley St, Newtown to fight in France in 1918 and sadly didnt return. A reminder that so many left our very own homes. Lest We Forget.

The hospitality industry may be on pause but theres no rest for this local Chef! Tonights dinner was a choice of Sri Lankan fish curry, roast chicken with portobello mushrooms and the most scrumptious pasta bake with three cheese bechamel sauce... cant wait for the next pop up over Easter, fish p...ie is on the menu!
