09.01.2022 Weekends are the WORST! I love not having to go to work, but boy oh boy does my food consistency take a hit without the structure of a work day. Bag-of-crisps dinner? Been there. Bunnings sausage brunch? Done that. One of the major barriers is not actually having the ingredients at home to quickly whip up a meal that will kick butt with minimal effort. This recipe here is the answer (all you need to do is pop the ingredients in your shopping list). And I like mine with cucumbers for extra crunch. GET ON IT!
