12.01.2022 HERE ARE SOME BENEFITS TO HAVING A NANNY: Bonding: When it is your own nanny and not just a child care worker from your local centre, the bond is much more intense between your little one/s and the carer.... You feel like you can trust this person more and your kids will love having another adult with them constantly while you're not there. Daycare centers may not suit all type of children and your kids will probably appreciate being in the comfort of their own home better than being around another 30 kids. - It works better for you and for the children: Nannies work to suit your hours and it is much easier for you! They work around your schedule. It is better for your children because rather than having to adapt to a center's schedule, they can eat and rest when they usually do! - You do not have to miss work due to sickness: If your child is sick, never fear! You do not have to miss work again. You can rest assured that they are at home being looked after, allowing you to continue working. - Most nannies will help you out with housekeeping tasks: Nannies can also help with light housework, washing and cooking however this will have to be discussed and added in the contract. - Having a nanny is cheaper than a day care centre - All our nannies are registered with the department of human services therefore you will be able to claim the child care benefits.
