07.01.2022 When I started my business last year, I thought it would be a straight path. I'd found the thing I loved and everything would be plain sailing, right? 21.11.2021 7 ways to make your life easier 1) Plan and prepare - avoid problems, save time and be more efficient 2)Develop a Routine - establishing systems will give you a smooth running life when it gets crazy.... 3) Look after yourself - be intentional and protective of your energy and your time, spend them on the things that count, so you can be of service to others if needed. 4) Get your finances sorted spend less than you earn, clean up your debt, and simplify 5) Simplify your priorities,- Focus time and energy where it matters, don't put things off, do hard things first. 6) Declutter your home, your wardrobe, and your car. 7)Have 5 go-to healthy meals that you can cook quickly and easily from basic pantry items to stop unnecessary takeaway. This all sounds easy, but will take time and effort to put into place. My FREE discovery calls are just about me getting a better understanding about what it is that you would like to achieve. 22.10.2021 Today I stepped out of my comfort zone not a lot, just a little. What I have discover is that as we get older, our firsts, new beginnings, or fresh starts become further and further apart. I went to new yoga studio, somewhere I had not done yoga before, new people, new surroundings, different music l, different styles of yoga. ... And I really .......... LOVED IT!! I’m so glad I did. What I have discovered as I’ve gotten older is that the opportunity to do new things becomes less and less. For me, I’m a creature of habit, I like routine, I like consistency and I like familiarity. So when my yoga teacher last year fell pregnant with her second child and told her students that she was going to have sometime off to spend time with her sons, I thought right, now what? So I did a little research, got some friendly nudges from my friends and went and got uncomfortable and now I can establish a new routine at my new yoga spot and get comfortable again. #Wednesdayhabit #Wednesdaymood #Wednesdayfeels #Wednesdayinspo #Wednesdaythought #Wednesdayfun #Wednesdaywellness #wednesdayvibes
12.10.2021 Raise your hand if you’ve ever felt like giving up? The exercise, quitting the healthy eating or ditching the dream of financial freedom? Oh Yeah, I’ve had those days too. I don’t try to hide the fact that things can get TOUGH. But here’s what I do when it ALL gets too much 1) talk to someone who I know only wants the best for me ... 2) take the dog (Huxley) for a walk with my headphones in blasting some 80’s music 3) back to the basics of healthy eating, like an apple with a little almond butter. 4) schedule in some fun!! With a loved one, alone, with a gang of people, might be dinner out, drinks at a friends house, oh, and thrift store shopping, love doing that. What do you do when you feel like giving up? How do you turn things around?

23.09.2021 This year has been hard for many. Dealing with experiences we haven’t navigated before. Some of us have even experienced moments that they have tried to avoid for years. I get it!! ... I really do, it’s a struggle to keep getting back up and facing the day and the ‘what next’ unknown. I discovered that practicing gratitude first this in the morning before you even get out of bed, can help put your mind in a better space to face the day. If you struggle with finding something to be grateful for remember - your breathing, that’s right, you get to breathe and show love and kindness for another day. If I can do anything to help you try to make sense of this year and look forward to a different changing year of 2021. I’m here.
