20.01.2022 Thank you everyone for the support in the last week! Thank you for keeping our kitchen ALIVE! And thanks for your patience as we try to adapt and evolve during these uncertain times. We will try our best to remain open as long as it is safe to do so. Just a few house keeping rules regarding takeaway and delivery - ... * Consider the time you have your lunch to help our kitchen during peak times. * You could order an early or late lunch. * Preordering your lunch to be collected at a later time would also help. * For large orders please order in advance to assist the kitchen * Please practice sensible social distancing regulations. Only one person at the counter at a time and while waiting please keep your distance from other patrons. There are heavy implications if we don’t abide by these regulations for both us and you. If you see a lot of people around the takeaway section please wait outside until it’s clear. 17.01.2022 Dear valued customers and friends, Mylan Restaurant is still open! The health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak we are following advice from health authorities as well as taking extra precautions. ... We regularly sanitise all surfaces in our restaurant, especially high traffic areas. To maintain hygiene we are individually wrapping cutlery and providing sauces to customers on request. All kitchen and wait staff must regularly wash and sanitise their hands and wait staff are minimising close contact with customers as much as possible. Door handles, the bar and till area, bathrooms and doors are also being cleaned as often as possible. We are still open and aim to remain open for dine-in and take away until further notice. We will post up a link closer to service, additionally a link to the ordering system will be on our website www.mylanrestaurant.com.au We thank our customers supporting local businesses and also keeping everyone's favorite dish readily available in these challenging times. In the next few weeks we will be reviewing the possibility in expanding the delivery service. Its important to us we maintain our quality throughout this process. 06.01.2022 Hi Customers. Thanks for our hardcore customers already utilising our online ordering system. We've been live for less than 24 hours and the support and feedback has been incredible. For those who haven't checked us out, hit up www.mylanrestaurant.com.au and press the order button.... Note - Inline with our contact less service, ordering online is card payment only (which is the same for in-store / phone orders). HINTS & TIPS #1 Customers who have registered can reorder by going into their account. We don't judge our regulars! however we don't have a automatic weekly re-orders #2 Pre-orders Pre-orders are only available for the same day. Lunch menu preorders are available from 9am Dinner menu preorders are available from 3:10pm Dinner can be ordered before 3:10pm, however the full dinner menu will not be visible til then. (We will see if we can find a workaround for this) #3 Special Requirements We have tried to cover off as many special requirements in the selection menu. If we have missed anything, there is a "Special Requirements" order button which you can free text your requests. We are even glad to read some lovely messages from our customers.
