24.01.2022 ***Liquid Aminos V’s Soy Sauce*** Liquid aminos and soy sauce are made from soybeans, but soy sauce also contains wheat, sounlike liquid aminosit's not gluten-free. ... Liquid aminos are less salty, milder, and slightly sweeter. Some people say liquid aminos taste closer to tamari (a sauce made from fermented soybeans) than soy sauce. Liquid aminos are culinary seasonings that look and taste similar to soy sauce. They can be made by fermenting coconut sap with salt and wat...er or treating soybeans with an acidic solution to break them down into free amino acids. They add a savory, salty flavor to meals and are naturally vegan and gluten-free I use liquid aminos in my cooking to add flavour to a dish. I have had a few questions in relation to this so thought I would explain.

Moral of the story never give up, you might have setbacks, you could fail 10x, but jump back up and get back on track. Anyone else got any ripper licences to share??

18.01.2022 ***Running cart Verdict*** The yellow Cart on the left is the diamondback cart sold from Big W. The blue is a cheaper variant branded as a Tag a long. The Diamondback retails for approx $279 and the other approx $150. ... I used my diamondback for approximately 2 years, sometimes up to 40km per week, and it was perfect!! It was starting to get a bit tired so I begun the search for a replacement. Unfortunately Big W have had no stock for the last 6 months in store or online. I found the Tag a long and thought I would give it a go!! The Tag a long is spacious and does have good ground clearance, however it feel, and looks a lot cheaper (which it is) in comparison. The handle is not adjustable like the diamondback which could be a small issue if you are short like me . The safety harness is a clip not a secure lock. Does it do the same job??YES!!! Will it do?? YES

17.01.2022 Happy Australia Day **Recipe Alert** Lamington Bliss Balls ... Ingredients: 200g Cashews Nuts 100g Coconut desiccated 200g Dark Chocolate 50g Coconut Oil 2 tsp Vanilla Ess or Paste 50g Maple Syrup Make Me: In your food processor add all ingredients except the dark chocolate and bliz. Roll mixture into walnut size balls and place in fridge or freezer to set for 30mins Melt chocolate using your preferred method (I used the microwave.) In a separate bowl place some additional coconut. Roll ball through the dark chocolate and then through the coconut. Set for an additional hour in the fridge. (A ball for all occasion) Enjoy!!
