09.01.2022 ahhhh that deep breath in when we decide to let go of thinking it through and just feel it | in our western world we give far too much rope to our minds | the analytical think it through look at all angles make a "smart" decision | but sometimes (and for me... mostly) when I allow myself to feel out the situation I know what the answer is | it just takes more gumption to go with a decision that "feels" right because often I don't have an articulate explanation to present to others | but aren't most decisions made for you? | so breathe in and T R U S T yourself | #truth #feel #balance #perspective #reflection #student #neverstoplearning #yoga #yogi #mindfulness | thanks for the @yummololaberry
