21.01.2022 Went for a bit of a photography stroll with my friend Diana yesterday. A beautiful afternoon filled with birdsong, paddy melons (who eluded my lens) and a cheeky little wren. It was so wonderful to be out and about in the bush.

13.01.2022 What a wonderful day today. My photography buddy Diana and I went to Mt Tambourine for a walk in the forest and to get some pics. Beautiful walk and so lovely to be out on such a nice day.

09.01.2022 Out and about with my photography buddy Diana. We took a trip to Maleny Botanical Gardens and Bird Aviary. Beautiful location and a thoroughly wonderful shoot. Blew the dust off the 600mm for the birds. So grateful to have such a wonderful lens in my kit.

06.01.2022 More from the botanical gardens at Mt Cootha Brisbane. Diana and I were there a few weeks ago and I think these are the best of the bunch. Love the sweet little kookaburra

03.01.2022 It's been too long since I posted here. I have been very busy and while I've been snapping away, I haven't had time to process and post a lot. I am currently doing a 6 week course with Steve Parish and it's pretty intense, but yesterday I took time out to visit the Brisbane City Botanical Gardens with my photography buddy Diana and this is the result. A mixture of beautiful flowers, Ibis and baby Ibis and a deliberate blur of an Ibis coming in for a landing.
