12.01.2022 I receive a lot of referrals for increasing independence with cooking so I have developed a cooking program. The program consists of developing the foundational skills required to shop, prepare, cook and clean up after mealtimes. Taine is extremely lucky that he has an amazing ARC disability support worker who can implement the program with him. On the menu last night was Tacos

04.01.2022 I will be attending The Zones of Regulation Training on the 13th-14th of October Parents, Family members and Caregivers, Therapists, Teachers and Educators, Counsellors Case managers, Social workers, Psychologists, Paraprofessionals such as Teachers Aids are all welcome to attend.... We will be learning about techniques/strategies to help teach children and young adults how to recognise their internal emotions, sensory needs and thinking patterns within in each zone and when shifting from one zone to another.
