25.01.2022 Our priority is the wellbeing and safety of our clients and staff. To that aim, we're lobbying government to provide Medicare rebates for telehealth psychological consultations so we can provide continuity of care safely as the coronavirus spreads. We hope to have an update on this soon!

21.01.2022 Happy Monday from a very rainy Sydney! Many of our clients struggle with excessive worry, and believe that it helps them to be prepared for any eventuality, which unfortunately just perpetuates the worrying. If you find yourself stuck in a cycle of worry, ask yourself "Is this a problem now?". If the answer is "yes", then solve the problem constructively and proactively. If the answer is "no", then you're dealing with unhelpful and unnecessary worry, which can't be 'solved'. Instead, practice labelling the thoughts as worries, letting them go, and focusing your attention on something in the present moment that will add value to your life.

15.01.2022 So much talent! It’s wonderful to see young people speaking out about what matters to them, including mental health, politics, climate change etc. These young people give me hope for our future #Bankstownpoetryslam #sydney_festival

06.01.2022 Yes we're open! Our psychologists are committed to supporting the mental health & wellbeing of our community during this challenging time, and we're offering sessions via secure Zoom video conferencing and phone.

05.01.2022 Lovely flowers from our lovely neighbours, just because. Small acts of kindness have such a big impact, especially during these challenging times of social distancing.

05.01.2022 It's been a devastating start to the new year, with so many across our country directly affected by the fires, or indirectly through the media.
