21.01.2022 With our tenants moving out in just over a month it was time to look at the next steps for our subdivision. Before we start building, we need to get the lots individually titled. In Melbourne, this is quite a simple process but in Brisbane it's quite a bit more complicated. 20.01.2022 Timeshare. Is it a good idea or is it a bad idea? I hear a lot of mixed reviews from both people who have it and people who don't. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan of credit cards - especially ones were the owner is paying interest every month because they bought things they couldn't afford, that aren't worth what they originally paid for them, but end up costing heaps more than the original bill because of the interest. 05.01.2022 One of my pet peevs is when you organise a catch up with someone and then the week before they have to reschedule because they didn't check with their spouse, or one of their kids has something on that's been booked for months, or they have double booked themselves. It's especially irritating when you tell others that you can't catch up with them because you have plans, and then you don't have plans...
