08.01.2022 On 1st January, new rules came into play that require a bank to decline a credit card application if the client won't be able to repay the loan in three years. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan of credit cards - especially ones were the owner is paying interest every month because they bought things they couldn't afford, that aren't worth what they originally paid for them, but end up costing heaps more than the original bill because of the interest. 05.01.2022 One of my pet peevs is when you organise a catch up with someone and then the week before they have to reschedule because they didn't check with their spouse, or one of their kids has something on that's been booked for months, or they have double booked themselves.
