May they meet happy and hungry tummies and fill you with joy, for I felt joy making them for you If you would like to order my Moist Gluten Free Fruit Cake they are $21 each. They make great presents and keep for an amazing amount of time. Great for feeding those with dietry requirements avoiding gluten on Xmas day or just for yourself. They are little, but a small piece goes a long way x (3-4 small serves)

06.01.2022 GF Christmas cakes are now on pre order. Very popular for Xmas day, and lovely as a gift. They keep for a ridiculous amount of time unwrapped or stored well. Serves 3-4 (Approx 400g) wonderful heated gently and served with custard or cream... I have converted many tastebuds with this wonderful cake. If you have bought my cakes before and would like to write your reviews below, please do. RRP $21

05.01.2022 My traditional Xmas cakes are made from a recipe my mum has used for many years. I have adapted it slightly by making them gluten free and no one can tell the difference. A family favourite from my family to you. Serve with custard and cream after lighting with brandy, or just plain, cut up on a plate. Last minute gifts- these cakes last for a long time due to the preserving quality of rum and sugar. Pm me for orders x (Photo: bearkitchen)
