20.01.2022 H o s p i t a l b a g If you could advise a first time mumma about the three most important things to pack in a hospital bag what would you say? I remember organising my bag a few weeks before my due date. I know its hard to choose three things however mine would be; 1. Lasinoh nipple cream.... 2. Hydrogel breast discs (highly recommend storage them on the fridge). 3. A comfy Pjs. Would love to read yours. Xx Luisa

10.01.2022 Today is my beautiful homelands independence day. A memorable day for all Colombians, it is a remembrance of the moment our country made its Declaration of Independence on the same date in 1810. I wont say happy independence Day as Covid is affecting so many ways this amazing country. People are loosing their jobs and their livelihoods. Everyone is still in quarantine and the health service is about to colapse. Up to today there is 190,700 cases of Coronavirus. Everyday I get worried for my family and friends, specially my parents as they are over 70 and 80. Sorry for the sad message I just have you in my heart, thinking of you all. x Luisa

05.01.2022 Happy 5th birthday Wow! Today is our 5th birthday as a business and I think this is a perfect time for you to get to know me better. Im Luisa and Im the face behind My Little Love Heart. Im originally from Colombia in South America. Being in Perth for almost 10 years, I met my husband Mark here 9 years ago and we have a daughter 6 yrs old called Natalia (an easy name to pronounce in both languages). Im a fashion designer, back in Colombia I designed casual ...women dresses and even a few wedding dresses wow! I dont think I would be able to make a dresses again. I started MLLH 5 years ago, inspired by my daughter Natalia as she was colic, reflux and teething baby for those mums who has experienced that, you know how many bibs a day you can go through, thats how the idea of designing different styles of bibs to cover every step of our babies journey.I wanted to design a stylish, practical and comfortable product for my baby. And looking back Im so happy and greatful how my small idea has helped lots of mums. I just would like to say THANK YOU for all for your support, for your orders, for visiting us at the markets & Expos, for believing in our brand and adding in your shops. For taking the time to send me a message telling me how much you love our products and how much you recommend it to others. Ive been having ups and downs but all the time I just remind myself Im very lucky I can do something I love! Sewing is my therapy and I really enjoy making all your beautiful products. There is so many people I met through the business and some of them have become amazing friends, great mentors and supporters. A big thank you to all my friends who have helped me at the markets. And finally a special GRACIAS to my husband Mark I think this wont be possible without his support He started helping me with the paper work and now he is in charge of our website and becoming an expert on cutting the orders. I love when Natalia knew by memory Where is the green sheep and a few years later The Gruffalo Its amazing to see her follow all the stories and this is definitely thank you to my husband Mark. Since she was in my belly he read to her and now almost 7 years after she doesnt go to bed without reading a book. I also read books in Spanish and she loves it. Its definitely a good way to learn another language.
