23.01.2022 HAPPY 5th BIRTHDAY TO MTH On this day 5 years ago I took a plunge to open a spray tan and hair cut salon It wasn’t long before clients started asking me to colour their hair...which was fine...except for rinsing the colour This needed to be done over the bath tub because I didn’t have a basin at that stage!!... Fast forward 5 years and I could not be happier plus I have a beautiful basin!! All thanks to my beautiful clients, who I’m also lucky enough to call my friends, I have built up MTH. It’s been hard, there have been tears shed but it has all been totally worth it! I have also been lucky enough to welcome a whole bunch of new clients to the salon I can’t wait to achieve your hair goals and a big welcome as I know how hard it has been for you to say goodbye to Sarah Without each and every single one of you my dream could not have become reality! Here’s to the next 5 years and lots of belly laughs

09.01.2022 Who doesn’t love natural grey and a few waves This gorgeous client of mine decided to take it back to her natural colour...and DAMN...how gorgeous is it!! With the help of a toner we have been able to blend the artificial colour with her natural so that the transition has been subtle

07.01.2022 Wow...what a past 24hrs it’s been...and that’s not the worst of it to come I would like to take this opportunity to remind people that we are in fact all in this together Let’s help each other by not panic buying or stocking up on essential items. There is enough for everyone. It’s when people start panic buying there becomes an issue.... Now is the time to take care of yourselves, isolate as much as possible, wash your hands, don’t go out if you are sick and take care of one another. I will remind ALL of my clients that if you are sick with a cough, runny nose, sore throat or shortness of breath to please reschedule your appointment AND GET TESTED. I will ask you to leave if you do show any of these signs. I also ask that you DO NOT bring anyone else to your appointment. Hopefully I will still be able to get married in a couple of week but I do not want to be sick for my big day and ask you ALL to be mindful of my health too

02.01.2022 As we are moving fast into the last part of the year I can not stress enough how important it is to pre-book your appointments I am getting married on the 5th December and then we are straight into the Christmas month I will, as usual, post available times for the week following every Sunday. 01.01.2022 Wow...what a shit fight we are all in Let’s hope that we can all do the right thing and smash covid out of SA I would just like to let you all know that I am now officially closed for the next 6 days. I have been in contact with all of my clients who have made appointments til tues. Wednesday’s appointments will go ahead at this stage unless the situation at hand changes.... For everyone that I have had to cancel please note that I will be in touch with you on mon/tues to arrange another time.
