In recent times, there have been some changes to how we operate the gym. Due to those changes MLG staff and Ben White from FitRep will continue to post updates on all forms of media for up-coming events. We are adapting and creating new platforms along with new styles of training. MLG staff and Ben White from FitRep will be endeavoring to run outdoor clas...ses, Personal Trainer studio work. We will also be running online sessions on our YouTube Channel. Skype Personal Training sessions will also be available for one on one tailored programs. There will be a higher level of traffic and communication through email, Facebook, Instagram and Skype.
