(Book launch at 1pm) Mylor Cotton Memorial Hall, Strathalbyn Road, Mylor In the 1980s Tom Dyster, well known Hills historian and author, wrote about his walk along the entire length of the Onkaparinga River. The Mylor History Group has now published the late Tom Dysters unpublished manuscript. Its a great read describing the trials and tribulations Tom endured along the way as well as the history of this South Australian icon. Books on sale $30 Entry by donation. Light lunch available. 12.01.2022 The Mylor Citizens Friendship club (MCFC) invites you and your family to a community Christmas picnic on Sunday the 26th of November. This free event will be h...eld in the grounds of the Baptist Camp at 32 Wingrove Rd, Mylor, off Silver Lake rd, from 12 noon till late afternoon. A sausage sizzle followed by an icecream for desert will be provided or feel free to bring your own picnic lunch, drinks, picnic rug or chairs, hat etc. There will be light entertainment and a treasure hunt for the kids with plenty of space to run around in and play a hit of cricket or football. Come along to see what is available in our community on the display and meet the people who work and volunteer in the area.
