21.01.2022 How to develop higher levels of Authentic Inner Peace and Happiness. Step 1. During your meditation practice, never try to stop your thoughts. Always remember, it’s normal and natural to have thoughts. Become the silent witness of your thought, because your thoughts are simply arising from your subconscious mind to be understood, resolved, and transformed. Step 2.
