22.01.2022 So much of the insight that you have as a coach comes from your ability to see through, and make sense of the words the client says, into the deeper issues at play in the unconscious mind. Newer coaches can often get lost in the words and the story that their client says, struggling to know what to ask next, or which issue is "the one" to focus on... Sometimes it seems like you are in a maze with your client and it feels like the blind leading the blind. This can cause you t...o get flustered, break rapport and lose confidence in yourself. It prevents you from getting the best results for your client and your coaching business... When you have models and what I call "insight lenses" then you can rise up above the maze of words your client says and see the bigger picture. You can see what is missing or larger issues that are at play and draw your clients attention to it, helping them to have those precious "aha" moments that create transformational change. In everything I do I am guided by the mission to support in raising consciousness on this planet. To help people in positions of influence and impact to make better decisions that are lead by their Soul for the good of All. I do that by helping entrepreneurs to ground into their Higher Mission so that positive ripples rebound out thro...ugh their business and every stake-holder that business touches. I do that by raising children who are leaders of the future. I do that by teaching the next generation of coaches how to connect into and be guided by the lineage and wisdom from the past while staying true to the future that is calling from their Soul and the innate intuitive gifts that live inside them. We are facing planetary phase-shift on every front. Planetary ecological collapse, economic shifts, social reorganization, dismantling explicit and hidden systems of oppression. 14.01.2022 Aiming to be in a positive being state, is paradoxically about accepting ALL your emotions... This is very different than toxic positivity, where you need to pretend to be happy all the time, and fake it till you make it. If you are sad and accept your sadness, it can transform into peaceful letting go. However if you are sad and shame yourself for having that feeling it can turn you inside out and get you stuck in a negative emotional loop. ... When you have the courage to be honest with yourself about what you are feeling, then you can shift up and out of any lower frequency state much quicker than if you shame yourself for what you are feeling. Whatever youre feeling right now, take a deep breath and be willing to accept it.

13.01.2022 ACCEPTANCE vs. CHANGE. Yesterday in a coaching call a client and I discussed acceptance. He thought acceptance was mutually exclusive to having goals and wanting to improve. Someone somewhere had given the impression that acceptance was about - Just accept what is and if its not what you want just put up with it. ... You know that saying - youve made your bed... now youve got to lie in it. I clarified thats not what its about at all... Acceptance is about being fully honest with yourself about where you are in the present moment. Accepting what IS and where you actually are now is the most solid foundation from which to take your next step, and create your goals. It doesnt mean be complacent. It doesnt mean not wanting to improve or change. It just means be honest about what is. Be honest about where you are. Be honest about your feelings. If youre frustrated with where you are... Accept that too! From that point you can get clear on where you want to go and whats next... And then you can take the first step to making real change.

12.01.2022 Building a biz across time-zones is intense, fun and incredibly amazing. I love it. Last two nights I have been presenting and teaching some of the most cutting edge holistic transformation tech on zoom... After my kids were in bed. Morning in the UK. ... Im the type of person that can sprint and perform, but needs a big rest. This is me, no filter, still with sleepy dust, and last nights make-up smudges after close to 11hours sleep. Ive been thinking about how much this new chapter of my life draws on my old life when I used to nap at 9pm, then get up at midnight, put on my makeup and go and rock a crowd singing in a nightclub, from 1-3am and then need to sleep till midday the next day. Its a pretty fun kind of shift-work. Some people would hate it. I love it. Thank god for my husband and kids letting me have a rest. (Sorry to all the parents who havent had this much sleep in years...) getting uninterrupted sleep has been a long time coming. Feeling great again after a big sleep, will make the kids pancakes, have cuddles, paint and read books all day. Hooray for Sundays. So glad to be building out my support team and systems so I can show up for you here with more inspiration to help you step into your flow in life. Not everyone is built for the same kind of business. Its ok to find yours. Its ok for what lights you up to be different. Its safe to show up and be real.

"I learned this cool thing/idea/model/insight from NAME,... if you want to go deeper, check out their book/ program/ course" It doesnt detract from your positioning to tell people you learned stuff from other people. It adds to it, because it shows 1. You care about your craft. 2. You care about ongoing learning. 3. You give credit where its due. 4. You have professional integrity. 5. You care about the lineage you are a part of. 6. You are in abundance and care about your client results more than keeping them dependant on you for all the things - because you are showing them other options to learn and go deeper beyond your work. All round its a badass thing to do. So do it. ...and if you dont know where something you teach came from because you heard it third-hand, research the concept and investigate so you can give proper credit. Integrity matters. 11.01.2022 As a working mum, I often feel the pull of wanting to be in two places at once. When that happens I don’t give my best to my business or my family. When my kids were little I realized that I needed to be strict with myself about WHO I am being in each moment. I now make conscious archetype shifts between when I am being Mama, and when I am being Coach/Teacher or CEO of my business. When my kids are at school or taken care of by others that I trust, I can let the Mama in me r...est, and 100% step into one of the other important roles that I play. Making a clean and complete switch is essential to being efficient and present in any role. Juggling all the things at once is not effective, sustainable or enjoyable. Don’t do it. Make clean switches between your roles and you’ll find the balance of your week, month, life overall will improve. See more

Since having my own children, I can so easily see when the inner child needs support, encouragement or simply to be seen. Do you know what your transmission is? ... 07.01.2022 Right now, we are living in very strange times. When we connect into the mainstream news and social media crazy. It can seem like the sky is falling... If we take a moment to choose nature time in our local area by going for a walk, we can notice that the sun is shining, there is air to breathe, birds are singing, and the ground is beneath our feet. When we react to the world around us with the thinking worrying mind, we can easily fall into pendulums of stress, drama and ...craziness. This fires up our nervous system and builds more stress. When we choose to STOP. Slow down. Take a breath. And find the GAP between the external world and our thoughts and feelings in response to the world, we can find peace, no matter what is going on.
