I learned this kitchen tip from @cookerybykasey To get your partner involved and to spend some quality time in the kitchen, allocate one of you to be head chef and the other sous chef. This doesn’t mean you stitch the sous chef up with all the jobs you don’t like doing , but instead manage and teach the recipe to your significant other/friend and have an extra pair of hands to help keep the kitchen tidy as you go. Whack on some ...tunes, pour yourselves a drink and notice how much more delicious your meal is and how little time you need to spend cleaning up after your meal, as the majority of the work will now be done as you cook! Happy cooking!

Lean forward onto your front foot, hinging from your hips as your back leg rises in line with your hip. Reach through the fingertips and aim to have your chest and hips parallel to the floor. Hold for 5-10 seconds, repeat 2-3 times on each leg.
