13.01.2022 Blueberry Scrolls Today I decided to try the Greek Yoghurt and Flour method to make dough. It is so easy and delicious! Simply mix equal parts SR Flour and Greek Yoghurt* together to make a dough - adding more flour if needed. Knees until a nice ball forms, roll out and cut into strips. Sprinkle your desired filling, roll up and bake in a med oven for around 25 mins * Can sub SR Flour for most gluten free flours and add baking powder ... * Can sub Greek Yoghurt for Coconut Yoghurt Some yummy fillings would be: - Pizza (tomato paste and pizza toppings) - Cheddermite - Apple and Cinnamon - Nutella Comment below if you try it, let me know what you think!
09.01.2022 I seriously love this super easy wholesome, hearty vegetable soup Dice 3/4 bunch of large celery, 4 large carrots and 2 large onions and sauté with fresh diced chilli and garlic until soft. Dice approx 5 potatoes (sweet or white) and add to pot. Cover generously with vegetable broth/stock and simmer until potatoes are soft. I love mine served with toasted Turkish bread. 07.01.2022 There is something seriously satisfying about re organising my oils and giving them a wipe over to get rid of dust etc. some of them I only use on rarely. I’ve been feeling more and more drawn to my gorgeous oils lately, feeling like I am in a space to be able to really use them to their full potential. Each Essential Oil has emotional, physical and spiritual benefits. It’s like I have a wholistic medicine cabinet at my finger tips. ... I am really looking forward to creating again
