08.01.2022 THROWBACK // This time 12 months ago we launched the first of our Youth Camps. We had this idea that if we could bring together a group of kids aged 6-15, spend a couple of days with them teaching them the fundamentals of movement, mindset, and recovery they would leave as better humans. We found that not only did they leave as better kids, but it also made us better coaches. Now coming into our 5th camp and have taken over 100 kids through the program we continue to bring le...arning and fun to the forefront of kids development. 04.01.2022 JANUARY 17th | Enrolment now open! Our flagship Ninja Fit Kids Camp is back with a one day super camp! January 17 will see the kids battle it out for the fastest on the Ninja Course along with delving deep into mindset strategies to create a better relationship with themselves and others. Key gymnastic and body awareness skills along with some key lifting technique will round out the camp. It is a great way to meet new kids, be challenged to develop their growth mind set and ...to ensure their movements are technically correct so they can be their best whenever they are on the go! 03.01.2022 Ninja Fit Kids Camp #5 // I am so grateful to be able to spend a few days with this group of young people. What incredible achievements of each and every one of them to challenge themselves, test their minds and bodies and make new friends. Thanks again to the incredible coaching team, Brie Dean, Mikala Dean, and Jacqui Robinson who continue to keep delivering exceptional content and care.... We want to extend our thanks to the parents and family members who are able to put their kids into the camp and bring them along each day. We couldn't do it without you! 01.01.2022 Ninja Fit Kids Camp #4 Done and dusted! What an amazing effort from these young kids over the past few days. From having to make new friends, break down key lifting movements, to dissecting and reflecting on their inner critic, smashing through the ninja course and having fun all at the same time! There will definitely be some tired bodies tonight!... Thank you to all the parents who booked early, brought their kids down each day and support the work we do for these camps, we are beyond grateful.
