17.01.2022 So the school year is officially back in action, it can be hard work for our kids settling into new classrooms, new teacher, and for some a brand new school. For us, we have just relocated so all 4 of my kids are settling in to new environments, having to make new friends and adjust to their surroundings. Kids are resilient but like adults, they can only handle so many emotions on their own, before it all gets too much. When they see your face after school, they enter the safe zone, and if your kids are like mine, some days their walls come crashing down, and then it’s busy handling emotions 101! So when you pick up your beautiful babes this afternoon, deep breaths, listen to their highs and lows, and remind them how brave they truly are!
