06.01.2022 Try using a simple tennis ball to ease those aches and pains. Tip #1 - Stand on tennis balls if pain develops in the arch of your foot after standing for long periods. Roll over the tennis ball to release tension. Tip #2 - Lie over the tennis ball under your upper back area to help with range of motion and stretch the chest. Very helpful for people on computers.
