23.01.2022 So this little gem has been completed for a client and once in place she will be used as a vanity. Painted in pure white with dry brushed gold to highlight the carvings then sealed in a satin top coat to protect from daily use. I hope she becomes the talking point of her new home

17.01.2022 Paint a 500ml $9 sample pot of black from the Taubmans range. (Made into chalk paint using CC) Paper is gift wrap from the Ishka store, used to line the shelves & drawer. Hardware is the original, soaked in malt vinegar over night to rid of any dirt and grime, then spray painted in gold. Stencils to drawer fronts were purchased from Ebay. I used liquid wax to seal as its lovely to work with and so much quicker than using set wax..... NO sanding or priming was done. See more
