09.01.2022 Mouthwash. The blue stuff you can buy is filled with awful chemicals. I diy mine with cooled boiled water and 1 each of peppermint and wild orange. This 375ml bottle lasts me about a week which is perfect since there are no preservatives and I don’t want to be rinsing with mouldy water! The beauty is you can mix up the flavours each week!
