17.01.2022 Who else is a little guilty of this This was me this morning trying to make every excuse to not move my body. It’s cold, it’s raining, I’m tired, I have to get Zaxson to school....... My home gym is undercover so not really an issue. It’s cold, then put on warm clothes you will be hot soon enough. And I’m always tired. And school drop off isn’t for another 2 hours.... Don’t find excuses find reasons to move everyday.

15.01.2022 We will be shutting down our mobile doors for 2019 from the 20th dec. please make sure all online orders and booking are made by then, as after that we won’t be working until the 2nd Jan.

13.01.2022 I have altered my lip balm recipe slightly. Taken out the coconut oil and added joboba. And the result it out standing so smooth. This batch is a beautiful peppermint and will probably make their way into Christmas stockings. My nieces just love them. Who else loves to DIY at Christmas time?

01.01.2022 Hi FB family, We will be stepping away from FB over the next 2 weeks. KV’s pop has peacefully passed away yesterday and it is now time to reflect and on his wonderful life and spend quality time with family, after all that is why we do it all.
