18.01.2022 It was one of those sessions where you do the first run and you feel ok at 90% pace then you do the next one and it f's you and you can't stop cos you have 1 more run before your 8min rest...The feeling when you complete it though! Apart from feeling fucked, there's a sense of accomplishment. I couldn't do these sets not too long ago! thanks @pdb100 2 x (3 x 100m) tempo runs @ 90% effort. Walk back between reps. 8 min / sets.



13.01.2022 Saturdays session (half of the new program) officially starts next week. I literally can't feel my legs @pdb100 . But having that goal makes it worth it @athleticsaustralia @ausolympicteam @newbalanceaustralia

09.01.2022 4 x 200 - 90sec recovery. This session was a bit of a struggle but I pushed through. Every run I picture the finishing line at the Olympics. I use this to drive me through those tough runs #2020 #notstopping
