24.01.2022 Finally the news we have been waiting for. Remedial Massage is allowed to reopen! After 12 weeks of being closed we are elated to finally be able to reopen again. We will be opening on Monday 2nd November for treatments and during this week we will be contacting our waiting list for priority bookings and then open up to the public thereafter. Our operating hours are:... Monday 10am - 7pm Wednesday 10am - 7pm Thursday 10am - 4pm Reception will also only be available on these days. Our clinic will remain to be COVID safe and how we do this is by: - Mandatory questionnaire to be filled out before every appointment - Masks to be worn throughout the whole treatment - Waiting in your car until you are called to enter the clinic - Temperature checking upon arrival - Hand washing before entering treatment room - Cleaning between each appointment - Limiting treatment times - 45min and 30min appointments only. - Contactless payment - Distancing where possible. We are so thrilled to be opening again and we look forward to seeing you soon!

23.01.2022 I would like to show some admiration for my client Trudy Randell who competed in her first Marathon over the weekend. Despite having a set back last year and not being able to compete in the event she originally wanted to due to injuries, she finally was able to participate in the event she had always dreamed to. Trudy is a regular client of mine who comes in for sports and/or remedial massage. This regular treatment enabled us to work on those injuries that prevented her ma...rathon last year but was also used as a preventative for future injuries. Trudy came on a regular basis during the course of her training and she took every piece of advice I offered her to aid her training. I am so proud of what you have accomplished and it shows that if you set your mind to something it can be done. Congratulations Trudy

20.01.2022 MyoPhysics has changed the business hours slightly. Please check on the Facebook page for new hours! Over the festive season the hours will remain the same as the scheduled hours except for Saturday 23rd December which will be CLOSED. All other hours and days fall in the same. 19.01.2022 A bit of disappointing news today that massage therapy is unable to reopen with the recent easing of restrictions made yesterday. Hopefully we will be able to reopen by 2nd November if everything goes well. We will update you when we have more information.
