11.01.2022 Here's what's changed at Myo Yoga ...This year I have been fortunate to have the guidance and support of Structural Integration trainer Kier Schumaker, LMT. Kirstin has trained me in the groundbreaking neurovascular technique in order to facilitate healing. Every day I am seeing firsthand the changes this work can bring about when people take that step into self-responsibility for their healing and commit to a regular practice - and well, the results are awesome!
