12.01.2022 Woolworths can no longer collect for this awesome campaign but you can still help #sharethedignity by: Spreading awareness about period poverty to help us stop the stigma Inviting your friends to follow #sharethedignity social media accounts... If you can, donate to us directly so we can purchase period products for those in need: https://sharethedignity.com.au/donate-now/ check in by phone with people around you - do they have enough pads to see them through? Could you spare any?
12.01.2022 Do try this at home! We recommend using this extra time at home to get a feel for reusable menstrual pads...try out them out until you can establish your own tailored routine for when and how to change them, which are your favourite firm-fitting underwear to pair with the pads, how to store used pads until you are ready to soak and wash them. When the threat from Corona virus has passed, you'll then be ready to take them out in to the world as your menstrual buddies, knowing you are making better use of our earth’s resources and better choices for your personal care. And...NEVER RUN OUT AGAIN

01.01.2022 "It is important to realize that the cycle of making plastic starts with, well, making it. They don't make it because there is a demand. They create the demand and then they make it really difficult to avoid plastic, especially on a lower budget".
