25.01.2022 I only just made this on Thursday night for Nikolas' first ever pizza Gotta say it's the best Paleo pizza crust I have ever tried. Nikolas loved it! This recipe is in her book and is very versatile, it's a choux pastry recipe that makes a delicious baguette or sweet pasties like cream buns.

06.01.2022 I was lucky enough to get a whole grass fed free range lamb from my cousins property in mudgee last weekend. My Dad butchered it for me and I used all the left over bones to make a huge batch of delicious and nourishing bone broth. I cooked it for 2hrs in my pressure cooker on 15 pounds pressure and I got 7 litres of amazing jelly broth

03.01.2022 I made this yummy Paleo Vanilla & lavender Cake with Lemon Curd filling the other day. I traded some of my home grown produce for some Myer lemons, fresh lavender and eggs and used recipes from The Urban Poser's amazing recipe book, My Paleo Patisserie to create this yummy, pretty cake.
