Warranty covers the value of goods lost or damaged while in transit. If you are apprehensive about sending something fragile, high value or important, you may like to consider warranty cover for peace of mind.

19.01.2022 Transport carriers are working night and day to deliver freight as quickly as possible. However, with coronavirus restrictions here in Melbourne, there have been some delays with freight pickup and delivery. As a result, pickups and delivery may experience delays between 1 to 3 business days. Please get in contact by opening a support request if you have any concerns.

15.01.2022 - What is contactless proof of delivery? Proof of delivery is used to establish that a parcel has been delivered. Usually, proof of delivery consists of the receiver signing for the delivery. To minimise contact between senders, receivers and drivers, transport carriers are now following contactless proof of delivery practice. This means enforcing social distancing during pickup and delivery and taking a photo to prove freight has been delivered, or a photo of a signature. ...- What does this mean? It is now standard procedure for transport carriers to provide contactless proof of delivery (POD’s). Contactless POD’s are accepted as a valid form of proof of delivery. - What do I need to do? Be mindful to follow safe protocol. If you require proof of delivery, be aware that this may consist of a photo instead of a signature.
14.01.2022 Apart from practicing social distancing and good hygiene, here are some things you can do to facilitate safe and hygienic parcel delivery. Authority to leave: When booking your parcel, add special instructions for the parcel to be picked up from your doorstep, and request authority to leave on delivery. This means the driver can leave the parcel in a safe place without getting a signature. Proof of delivery: If you would like proof that your parcel has been delivered, you c...an ask the receiver to prepare a signed piece of paper for the driver to take a photo of once the freight has been delivered. Keep in mind, most transport carriers currently have their own contactless parcel delivery procedures and are very wary of reducing human contact where possible. Happy (contactless) sending!
