10.01.2022 Is your dog bored? Want to give your dog a distraction while you get some work done? Well, My Pet Place has you sorted! We are offering FREE treat toy stuffing with any instore purchase during stage 4 lockdown. ... Step 1. Drop off your dogs treat toys in store and leave your details. (Any treat toy is fine). Step 2. We will call you when your treat toys are ready to be picked up. Dont worry if you cant come in for a while, we will keep them in the freezer until you are ready to collect! Its that easy!

07.01.2022 Confirming our store is still open The health and safety of you and your pets, as well as our staff, is of the utmost importance to My Pet Place as we navigate the challenges presented by COVID-19 as a community. We would like to let all of all of our customers know that we are committed to continue to provide you with the essential products and services that you need for your pets during this difficult time.... My Pet Place cannot thank the community enough for continuing to support small business and we appreciate everyones positive attitude. Please call the store on 9498 3381 if you are elderly or have any special needs, we will do our best to accomodate and assist in any way possible. As outlined by the government and to keep everyone as safe as possible, we would like our customers to bear in mind the following whilst in store; Practice social distancing and try to keep 1.5m between yourself, other customers and staff When using the DIY dog wash, ask staff to disinfect the bath before heading in straight after another customer. Try and make your grooming appointments over the phone where possible. When dropping off your dog for grooming, chat to staff before heading into the grooming room. We are more than happy to continue to carry out purchases to our customers cars - if you are uncomfortable with this please let our staff know. Unfortunately some products WILL suffer shortages, we are doing our best to navigate this and keep everything in stock. In the mean time, our staff are very knowledgeable and we are happy to discuss potential alternatives if the need arises. Dont be afraid to ask for help!
