16.01.2022 Hi, the good news is we're still open and making puzzles. The bad news is some browsers are not showing the latest information on our FAQ's page so in short... Dispatch is once a week on a Thursday and there are delivery delays. More parcels in the system and less flights to move them around so Australia Post are using road transport more than normal. When you get to the checkout an estimated delivery date will be provided based on the latest information. (And yes, express post really does make a difference at the moment) Happy puzzling and stay safe.

09.01.2022 Everybody wants to know "Will it arrive in time for Mother's Day?" My best advice is if you need your puzzle as soon as possible, opt for Express Post. If you don't mind when it arrives, choose free post. Stay safe and happy puzzling!
