Adding Value and The WOW factor to each clients experience is imperative in your success. Here are a few to add to your value toolbox! . 1. Always carry a clients towel and water bottle. Notice when they need a drink and hand them there water. ... . 2. Never walk infront of your client and expect them to follow. Walk side by side and explain to them where your going next. . 3. Always confirm sessions. Not only as a reminder but to let clients know your excited to see to what they are going to achieve. . 4. Follow up after sessions. Checking in with clients to see how they are feeling will not only give you a grasp of there experience in the session but also help them to understand the process of feeling sore and by showing empathy and understanding to the feelings in their body over the following days. . 5. Make them feel like the most important person in the world. Full attention on clients when they are with you. No phones, no distractions. Active listening, good spotting techniques and open ended questions to get the talking about themselves. . 6. Reward achievements, even if its a high five! Remember things your client has told you and ask about those. Remember birthdays and anything relevant in your clients life. . 7. Set up a good program. Keep your client with you even when they are not with you. Make sure they have something to do outside of sessions so they know they are achieving.
