23.01.2022 A win for BPD. A few months ago I wrote to the Australian BPD foundation about a textbook written for health professionals. A section in this book was poorly written and misinformed about people with BPD. In partnership, we wrote to the authors and editors about the stigma contained in this section. ... This week I found out that this section of the book will no longer be included in the future and has been redacted. Sometimes I have to choose the battles with my advocacy work and my efforts do not always work out.
