I don't even recognise the place now. The best way to deal with the corona virus (in addition to good health measures) is to band together like we have in the past. Buy what you need. Share what you have. Check that your neighbours who can't get out often or don't have the financial resources you do, have enough to keep them going. And if you've stocked up on stuff, take a deep breath and be an adult. Walk up and down your street and see if there's anybody that needs an extra roll or some food to feed their families. A- If the property is destroyed or unfit to live in, the lease has effectively ended. A notice of termination will still need to be issued.... A- If a disaster has caused damage to property facilities such as garage, swimming pool, shed then yes you should consider reducing the rent.
