22.01.2022 BRICKWORK FRETTING is as a result of salt water attack as this building is located adjacent to a tributary river. Salt in the air penetrates into the brick and expands, damaging the brick. Exposure grade bricks appear to not have been used when the builder constructed this home. Replacement is required. Once replaced, then a suitable impregnating sealant would be required.... 20.01.2022 Another Happy Customer: My Repairbuild came to our rescue in February this year. We had the most unfortunate experience this year when our unit flooded out. This was due to a broken pipe under our sink attached to our Pura Tap filtration system. We were away in our caravan at the time and the water had been running for about 6 days!! ... Our insurer informed us that the whole townhouse of one level, would have to be gutted and all new kitchen, walk in robe and floorings would have to be replaced. All My Repairbuild staff were very helpful and we thank them for all their advice and EXCELLENT craftsmanship that went into this rather large project.
