25.01.2022 Update 7-27-2020 The course will be open Wednesday Thru Sunday 8am - 6pm starting this week. We are doubling the water application this week now that we have most of the long stuff knocked down. The course should start greening up soon, and the greens will slowly start to heal. We will continue the $25 Golf and Cart 18 hole program. We have had a lot of play each day we have been open, so go online to our new website to book your tee time. The site is umpqua(dot)golf.

16.01.2022 Update 7-21-2020 We are making progress on the greens and fairways. The sand application last week has really improved the green complexes. We will be open again this Saturday and Sunday. $25 Golf & Cart. The clubhouse is still currently closed due to COVID restrictions, so please check in around the back towards the 1st Tee / 18th Green.... I am meeting with our super on Thursday and if all goes as planned we will start next week on our Wednesday thru Sunday schedule. We plan on keeping Monday and Tuesday as full day maintenance days until we get the golf course back to our standards. Thank you all again for your patience.

12.01.2022 As you can see we are changing the name of the golf course back to "MYRTLE CREEK GOLF CLUB". We are planning to have the course open and playable by July 1st, 2020. We have a large crew coming in over the next 2 weeks to assist with mowing, sand applications and cleanup. We will post photos of our progress along the way. We would like to thank the city of Myrtle Creek and all of the locals who have reached out to us over the last few days with their shared excitement.... We apologize for the sudden cease in walking, riding and biking being allowed on the property. It is a beautiful setting which is why it is such a fantastic piece of property for golf. The amount of heavy equipment, effluent water applications, and soon to be golf balls traveling in all directions, creates an unsafe environment for uncontrolled traffic. We allow OGA Junior Golfers and High School Golf Team Members to play for FREE during their respective golf seasons. Parents are welcome to walk along with the group, so sign your kids or grandkids up for Junior Golf and enjoy the beauty of the golf course while they play. We are excited for our next chapter in golf. Thank you again.

06.01.2022 Opening Day - Sunday, July 12th is our new target date. We were planning to open this Wednesday but our sand delivery was postponed due to the holiday weekend and corona caused staffing issues from our supplier. We will have heavy equipment and trucks on the course today, tomorrow and Wednesday. There will be dozens of staff members on both 9's working on greens, tees, and fairways. Sorry we did not make it this week as planned. Updates to follow. Thank you all again for your patience.

06.01.2022 Update Friday July 10th, 2020. Greens were verti-cut, top-dressed, and overseeded again today. They will not be mowed until later in the week, so if you choose to come out on Sunday and play be prepared to hit those putts with a little extra pace. We are still in heavy repair mode. We are still on a limited schedule until we get the cour...se in a better playing condition. The phone system should be up and running tonight. We were able to obtain the old (541)863-GOLF phone number. Sorry for all the forwarded calls to my cell phone over the last week. Clyde or his staff will be in the shop part of the day tomorrow and again on Sunday. Due to Covid restrictions the shop will not be open - so please head around to the back of the building to our "WALK UP WINDOW". More updates soon. Thank you again for your patience.

02.01.2022 Myrtle Creek Golf Pass - We are offering a golf pass to all Myrtle Creek residents, and former Myrtle Creek Golf Club members for $99 per month. Unlimited Golf and Cart Wednesday thru Sunday. Annual memberships will not be available until December for the 2021 season. See Clyde in the Pro Shop for eligibility and details.
