These are just four of six exquisite new flavours entered and include roast wattleseed ganache with salted hazelnut gianduja lemon aspen curd with yuzu ganache and toasted coconut base finger lime pate de fruit with lemon myrtle marshmallow and lemon shortbread & finally our ‘Morning Tea’ with layers of toasted brioche,... burnt butter ganache & topped with sunrise lime marmalade hand enrobed in the finest Valrhona dark chocolateWe adore Australian native citrus and hope the judges do too!
