The eggs are no different to their older sisters, they are just smaller... other then free ranging for bugs we make sure our grain mix is at least 17% protein for our girls. Our chickens are grass fed on green irragated pasture and they are free range They get moved weekly onto a fresh patch of grass.... They have a special mix of grain to supplement their grass and insect diet. They have maremma guard dogs with them that protect them from predators such as a fox, hawk or eagle. Our Chook House Shop is OPEN 365 days a year. (Yeah thats right everyday of the year!) So even christmas day when you forget the the eggs for your Pav you can drop past and grab some from the shop.
