25.01.2022 You might remember 3 weeks ago, I tinted my brows and shared with you the before and after photo. Here is a photo of my brows 3 weeks later, you can clearly see the colour has only faded a small amount. 22.01.2022 There is still no change to the restrictions placed on my Home Based Salon. Excerpt from DHHS website updated yesterday 8th November, 2020. "I operate a business from my home. Am I subject to the same restrictions as other businesses in my industry? For a person to operate a business out of their home that is customer-facing, or has more than one worker on-site, they must have a discrete work area, including: * a dedicated premises for the business to operate from, that is se...parate from the place of residence in all aspects (e.g. workers or clients cannot enter the residence) * another entrance for workers and clients that is separate to the residence * no sharing of facilities (e.g. toilets, kitchen etc.). This means a customer can only access a separate toilet(s) - they are not permitted to use the home toilet(s). A COVIDSafe Plan must be in place. The work space is subject to the density quotient and cleaning requirements as per other work settings. Face masks must be worn by workers, clients and customers at all times. If a home-based business meets the requirements of a discrete work area, it is permitted to operate subject to the restrictions of their industry. If the home-based business does not meet these requirements, it is not permitted to reopen under the current restriction levels in regional Victoria or metropolitan Melbourne.

14.01.2022 With time on hands..... I gave my hands and nails some needed TLC. After removing the soft gel extensions I wanted to show you how my natural nails looked, there is minimal damage done when the soft gel extensions are soaked off. A hand soak in warm water with added Essential oils for about 10 mins, to remove any impurities in the skin. Followed by a gentle scrub to remove the rough dry top layer of skin, with all the extra use of hand sanitisers and hand washing my skin has... been looking very dried out and aged. Tidied up my cuticles, added a layer of Strengthening Correction gel to smooth out my nail ridges before applying this gorgeous gel polish. Did you know red nail polish is one of the hardest to apply, it shows up all the little lumps, bumps and imperfections on the nail plate. 09.01.2022 Still not being able to open, gives me extra time to practice and perfect my craft :) Today's project was Planet Vogue Soft Gel Extensions in X-Short length. This is a great length for those not wanting anything too long.
