15.01.2022 To all our wonderful Yogi's! Happy New Year!!! It's been a tough year, but we have managed to get through it together. With so many uncertainties and changes to our everyday lives this year, connection is what stands out. Many of us were unable to see our loved ones, but something spectacular happened. A global connection. Many isolated souls reached out and were heard all around the world. Music, art and photography was shared and cherished, and progressively more people beg...an to practice yoga online. We are grateful to be able to share practises with you both online, and in our studio. We thank you for your continued support and encouragement and wish you all the very best intentions for the year to come. The divine in me, recognises and honours the divine in you. Namaste x
