13.01.2022 Are you travelling over the holidays? We will be in a couple of days and so here are some of the rollers wed prepared. Thought it will be handy to share with some of you who will be doing some travelling too =) We got: Revitalizing roll-on - for jetlag. They are Lavender, Lemon, Eucalyptus, Peppermint and Rosemary E.O (adapted from Doterra blog website) Tummy - Dizestgen E.O (Internal blend) Muscle - for all the walking and need some soothing after the day ends. They are Dee...p Blue E.O and Lemongrass E.O (adapted from Power of Nature handbook) Sleepy - for relaxing and winding down for the night. Peace E.O (Reassuring blend) Purefume - Ylang Ylang E.O. I would use my purefume roller with my rose roller. Balance - for those emergency time when we are lost . Diluted Balance E.O (Grounding blend) Also in my little case there will be: On Guard spray - for wiping down everything on the plane to public toilets to keeping our hands clean before meals. Rose roll-on to be use with my purefume roll-on. I need to be smelling good after all the walking Lavender Peace (Restful blend) - to be use with our diffuser for winding down for the night. On Guard (Protective blend) and Easy Air (Clear blend) - to be used in our diffuser if we caught some unwanted bugs. Hopefully this will help in your upcoming travel.
