Each person may be a little different, feelings and emotions all muddled up and mixed up together can turn into anger, frustration, agitation, anxiety, headaches, indigestion, gut pain, IBS, problems sleeping, confusion, trouble concentrating and even fatigue. Take 5 minutes, take a long slow breath gently calmly go within and ask yourself what is not sitting right for me, what part of me have I been ignoring, ...what is out of balance? Remember you don't have to fix it, you may choose to communicate with somone to create better understanding, sometimes awareness is enough, most of the time it's just about giving ourselves time to understand us, as unique, quirky individuals. We all have our own personal stuff, stop trying to ignore it, push it dwn, fit in or as some say get over it, the most powerful thing we have is UNDERSTANDING OURSELVES and ALL that has created the AMAZING US & ALL OUR STUFF
